Here is what you cant expect: an initial consultation We do this free-of-charge with no obligation. Call, fax or email to check our availability and to schedule an appointment for the consultation. We can arrange to meet at the venue, our design studio in Midtown Sacramento, a convenient alternate location or we can conduct the consulation over the phone if that works best for you. Our approach is to engage in an interactive exchange of ideas to help conceptualize the design elements that you envision. To help get things started, please fill out the online form linked below. an itemized floral proposal We’ll draft a preliminary proposal with itemized prices so you can get an idea of how much a bouquet will cost. Or how much you might pay for the altar arragements. You can see line item by line item how much things cost and how they add up. From there we can make changes based on you needs, wants and priorities. booking the date Booking the date requies a deposit -- 50% of the total on the floral proposal. Payment of the deposit is customarily requested within two weeks of when the wedding proposal is submitted for the client’s initial review. Due to the demand for services and our limited availability, this is as long as we can hold a date without a booking deposit while letting you explore your options. We adhere to a strict first-deposit-paid, first-served policy due to seasonal availability limitations. booking confirmation & final payment An updated document is mailed or forwarded electronically upon the payment of the booking deposit. This document serves as the official itemlized list of goods and services to be provided. It reflects all payments made and any modifications to the initial floral proposal and is accompanied by a service contract. The outstanding balance is due two weeks before the event date. follow-up Once booked, we’re at your beck and call. Subsequent follow-up is initiated on an as-needed basis. We will happily provide additional planning assistance when and where possible. delivery & set-up On the event date, it all comes together. Delivery and set-up of flowers and decorations is conducted to produce a magical
backdrop and breath-taking ambiance. General event staff may be provided to assist with delivery, set-up, tear-down and clean-up. |
